Terms of Service
Last updated: 2026-08-26
1. What this is
JustChecklists ("the Service") is a free website that publishes practical checklists on a range of topics. You can read a checklist on screen, tick items off as you go, and download it as a PDF. There is no account, no sign-up and no payment required for any part of the Service.
The checklists are informational content written or assisted by AI and reviewed by the operator before publication. They are general guidance, not professional, legal, financial, medical or safety advice, and they are not a substitute for advice from a qualified professional or for the specific rules that apply in your country, region or situation. We do not guarantee that following a checklist will produce any particular outcome.
2. Who runs this
The Service is operated by CODIGO ARTE Kamil Szulc, Żeromskiego 9/1, 60-544 Poznań, Poland. You can reach us at i2p30mk@gmail.com.
3. Using the Service
You may use the Service for your own personal, non-commercial purposes. You agree not to:
- scrape, bulk-download or systematically republish the checklists;
- attempt to bypass rate limits, security controls, or the admin authentication;
- interfere with the Service's operation or attempt to access another visitor's data;
- use the Service to build a competing product from its content without permission.
We may suspend access for anyone we reasonably believe is breaching these terms, including by rate-limiting or blocking an address.
4. Your reading progress
When you tick items off a checklist, that progress is saved only in your own browser's local storage. It is never sent to our servers, we cannot see it, and it is not backed up — clearing your browser data or switching devices will lose it. See the Privacy Policy for more detail.
5. Downloads
The PDF you download is generated on demand from the same content shown on the page, for your own personal use. You may print or share individual copies; you may not redistribute the Service's content as your own product.
6. Advertising
The Service is supported by advertising (currently Google AdSense). Ads may use cookies and similar technology, described in the Privacy Policy. Advertising never blocks or delays a download — it is entirely optional and dismissible.
7. No cost, no warranty of availability
The Service is provided free of charge, "as is" and "as available", with no guarantee of uptime, accuracy or fitness for a particular purpose. We may change, suspend or discontinue any part of it, or a specific checklist, at any time.
8. Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any loss or damage arising from your use of, or inability to use, the Service, or from reliance on any checklist. Nothing in these terms excludes or limits a right that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited under the law that applies to you.
9. Nothing is sold here
The Service is entirely free. There is no paid tier, no subscription and no purchase of any kind, so no price, payment or refund terms apply to it. If that ever changes, these terms will be updated to state the price and the applicable refund rights before any payment is taken.
10. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time; the version in force is the one published on this page on the date you use the Service. Material changes will be reflected in the "Last updated" date above.
11. Governing law
These terms are governed by the law of Poland, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer-protection rights you have under the law of the country where you live.
